TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If a written offer to purchase the subject property that equals or exceeds the “Top Dollar” price is not received within 90 days of the listing date, then the Listing Agent will pay Seller the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) after a successful close of escrow resulting from this Listing Agreement.

If after the close of escrow you feel that we have not represented your interests with a superior level of service, professionalism and integrity... then we will personally pay you the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)... all we ask is that you provide feedback of how we might improve our services for future clients.
